Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened consumable materials, personalised or custom-made items, or gift cards. Items damaged through use are also not eligible.

Write to us at kits@wonderlab.co.in with your order number and photographs of the item. If your return is accepted we will arrange the pickup and send you instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is booked by us, and the cost of the return is borne by the customer and charged at actuals. This does not apply where the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we pay the return cost.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can put it right with a replacement or a refund.

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Once your return reaches us and is inspected, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider it can take a further 5 to 10 working days for the money to appear.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by writing to us. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled, and the return process above applies instead.

Bookings for parties, workshops and events are covered by the terms agreed in your booking confirmation, including the advance payment and cancellation terms stated there, and not by this product refund policy.
