Shipping policy

We deliver across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will contact you and arrange a refund.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery is normally completed within 7 days. Remote locations and periods of high demand can take a little longer.

We ship through Shiprocket and other logistics partners. As soon as your parcel is handed over you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available after the courier's attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you. Re-delivery may be charged at actuals.

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the outer packaging and the contents. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund the order.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, strikes, local restrictions and courier delays can affect them. We will keep you updated if we know your order is running late.
